Borja Galmés Simón

Borja Galmés Simón is currently the Director of M&A for Europe at Modaxo and holds the same position at Constellation Software Inc., where they focus on investments in the mobility and transit verticals. Previously, they served as the Global Head of Corporate Development / M&A at Cabify and the VP of Corporate Development / M&A at DocPlanner. Borja gained experience in private equity through roles at Peninsula Capital Advisors and as an intern at Advent International and Grameen Financial Services Pvt. Ltd. They are pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Universidad Pontificia Comillas while also studying International Business and Finance at Bentley University.
