Mark Paciocco

Mark Paciocco is an experienced legal professional currently serving as General Counsel for Modaxo Americas, Australia, and New Zealand since August 2022, and as Director, Senior Legal Counsel for Trapeze Group since November 2021. With a strong background in providing comprehensive legal counsel across various business areas, Mark has held significant roles including Senior Legal Counsel at ERCO Worldwide, where responsibilities encompassed HR, regulatory compliance, IP, and more. Earlier legal foundations were established at Gowling Lafleur Henderson LLP and Borden Ladner Gervais LLP, specializing in competition law and civil litigation. Mark holds an LLB from York University - Osgoode Hall Law School and a Bachelor of Laws from The University of Manchester, complemented by a Bachelor of Science from McGill University.
