MODBLT Modular Consulting Team specializes in assisting developers, general contractors, and modular manufacturers in:
- Project design logistics relevant to modular construction, from foundations, MEPs and structural design elements
- Brokering developers with competitive modular manufacturers
- Assisting modular projects that have run into constructability and logistical issues on behalf of the developer or general contractor
- Negotiate supply agreements with modular manufacturers on behalf of developers
- Delineate scope of work between manufacturer, general contractor, and owner supplied items
- Create modular project estimates encapsulating all site work, factory work, and modular peripheral costs
- Generate module set sequence plans
- Provide modular set services from our licensed set company MODSET
- General contracting and construction management
- Factory QC walks from rough framing through RTS "ready to ship"
