Dan Novaes has a long and impressive work history, beginning in 2012 when they co-founded MobileX Labs (MXL) as CEO. At MXL, they developed MXL Apps and had millions of people choose to start their day with their apps. In 2012, they also became a Top Store Owner and creator of iFlask at Shopify. Their invention of the iFlask was featured in multiple publications, including Time, Mashable, Business Insider, Gizmodo, Huffington Post, and Playboy. In 2014, they co-founded Nativ Mobile LLC, where they created Nativ App Builder and several highly trafficked mobile games. Dan also founded the celebrity-based media property Pairade, which was later acquired. In 2015, they became a Contributor for Entrepreneur Media and Inc. Magazine, as well as a Growth at Facebook. At Facebook, they built Facebook followings of several prominent celebrities using mass scale content marketing, and they curated various private large scale influencer networks totaling over 250M followers. Dan also built their own personal following to over 1M. In 2017, they became an Investor at Chowbus. In 2018, they co-founded Mode Mobile and became CEO, enabling millions of budget-conscious consumers to earn passive income via their daily habits. In 2022, they became a Member at YPO.

Dan Novaes attended Indiana University - Kelley School of Business from 2007 to 2011, graduating with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Entrepreneurship and International Business. Dan also attended Indiana University Bloomington from 2007 to 2011, graduating with a Bachelor of Applied Science. In 2010, they completed a Business Study Abroad program at the University of Sydney.
