André Silva has a solid background in oil refining and production processes, having worked extensively with FPSOs. They began their career as an Operador de Utilidade e Processo at Refinaria de Petróleos de Manguinhos from 1997 to 2005 before progressing to various roles at MODEC International LLC, where they currently serve as CRO III. With experience encompassing boiler operation, production monitoring, and team leadership, André contributes to safe and efficient production operations while ensuring compliance with industry standards. André is also a graduate of Escola Técnica do Rio de Janeiro, where they earned a degree in Industrial Mechanics.
