Chris Mortlock

Chris Mortlock has a wealth of experience in the culinary field, currently serving as Chief Caterer at MODEC International INC since September 2009, where responsibilities include ensuring worker satisfaction through quality food service. Previous roles include Head Chef/Night Chef at Maersk Drilling and Casual Chef at Global Resources – Australia. Chris has also held positions such as Sous Chef at Sodexho Catering Services, catering for large groups of up to 2,500 personnel, and has worked in various capacities at multiple establishments including Ocean Beach Club Hotel and Rendezvous Grand Hotel Perth Scarborough. Chris began culinary training through Hospitality Group Training and completed education at Woodvale High School.
