David Filho

David Filho is an accomplished Mechanical Engineer with extensive experience in the marine and offshore industries. Currently serving as Technical Manager at MODEC in Lisbon, Portugal, David has previously held key roles such as Engineering Manager and Asset Reliability Manager at Modec International Inc., where responsibilities included the development of change management processes and oversight of mechanical disciplines across various regions, including Brazil and West Africa. With a solid background in piping engineering and project management gained through positions at PROJEMAR and OSX Brasil S.A, David has led significant projects involving piping design and asset maintenance. David holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from UERJ and a Master's in Offshore Piping Engineering from PUC University.
