Eli Smith

Eli Smith is an experienced operations and technical manager with a strong background in electrical and instrumentation engineering. Currently serving as the MMS NZ Operations Manager at MODEC since March 2013, Eli leads a diverse team while overseeing various engineering disciplines to ensure operational excellence. Prior to this role, Eli was an E&I Superintendent at Tanker Pacific Management, transitioning from offshore to onshore operations to leverage extensive industry knowledge. Eli holds a Bachelor's degree in Engineering Technology with a focus on Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Southern Queensland, alongside multiple certifications in business, project management, and health and safety.
