Erik Silva

Erik Silva currently serves as a Control Room Operator and Operations Lead at MODEC, Inc. since September 2020. Prior to this role, Erik Silva worked at Braskem from June 2007 to September 2020 as a Control Room Operator and Senior Operator. Erik Silva holds a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Construction Engineering from FACP - Paulínia (2012-2017) and has completed a development program in Chemical Engineering, Instrumentation, and Automation at Centro Universitário do Instituto Mauá de Tecnologia in 2016. Additionally, Erik Silva has specialized in Regulatory Standards - NR 18 through online courses in 2017 and possesses a technical degree in Chemistry from CEPHAS - São José dos Campos. Currently, Erik Silva is pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Production Engineering at USP - Universidade de São Paulo, expected to be completed by December 2024.
