Felipe Damiani has extensive experience in maintenance engineering and project planning within the chemical and oil and gas industries. At Nouryon, from May 2017 to November 2019, Felipe focused on operational efficiency, technical analysis, and reliability optimization, managing modifications and improvement projects, while also implementing preventive and predictive maintenance strategies. Since August 2021, work has been conducted at Radix Engenharia e Software as a Planning Engineer for Modec, and previously as a Maintenance Engineer for FPSO Cidade de Mangaratiba, where Felipe provided technical support and monitored maintenance KPI's. Currently serving as an Engineering Project Manager at MODEC since June 2024, Felipe's career also includes roles at Baker Hughes and Telefonica, alongside early experience as an Electrical Maintenance Intern at Tekno S/A. Felipe holds a Técnico degree in Eletroeletrônica from Universidade Estadual Paulista Júlio de Mesquita Filho and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering with an emphasis in Electronics from Universidade de São Paulo.
