Jefferson Menas, PMP®, is a seasoned project engineer and manager with diverse experience in project management, electrical engineering, and fleet operations. Currently serving at MODEC since September 2023, Jefferson focuses on strategic project management and continuous improvement of PMO processes. Previous roles include Senior Electrical Engineer at ENGEKO ENGENHARIA E CONSTRUÇÃO LTDA., managing electric construction and substation projects, and Project Manager positions at Play9 and Landis+Gyr, overseeing multiple customer delivery projects and complex smart grid solutions, respectively.
