John Nelson R has extensive experience in the construction and engineering sectors, specializing in projects related to floating production storage and offloading (FPSO) units and conversion activities. Currently serving as a Construction Advisor at MODEC International INC since July 2013, John has provided consultancy for FPSO module fabrication in both China and Brazil. Previous roles include Construction Manager at Tanker Pacific Management, overseeing turret fabrication and integration, and multiple positions at MODEC where John completed significant process modules for the Petrobras TUPI pilot project. Other notable roles include Topsides Coordinator, Client Site Representative, and various engineering positions with Talisman Energy and SOFEC, demonstrating a robust background in mechanical and piping systems and project management.
