Lei He

Lei Lei is a seasoned Naval Architect and Structural Engineer with over ten years of experience in the offshore industry, specializing in the design of FPSOs, SEMIs, TLPs, and Offshore Wind Platforms at MODEC International LLC since March 2011. Prior to this role, Lei Lei served as a Postdoctoral researcher and Graduate Research Assistant at The University of Texas at Austin from September 2004 to March 2011, conducting advanced modeling and analysis in marine propulsion systems and maintaining computational hydrodynamic systems. Lei He's academic credentials include a PhD in Civil Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin, a Master of Science, and a Bachelor of Science in Engineering Mechanics from Tianjin University.
