Leonore Gavan is currently the Lead Asset Integrity Engineer at MODEC, Inc. and has extensive experience in asset integrity management across the oil and gas industry. Previously, they served as an Asset Integrity Manager for Rubicon Offshore International, overseeing three FPSO units in Asia, and as a Project Manager for EM&I in Perth, focusing on class inspections of FPSOs. Their earlier roles include Asset Integrity Project Manager at J P Kenny Pty Ltd and Integrity Team Lead at Lloyd's Register, among others. Leonore is also pursuing a BSc in Industrial Chemistry at the University of Paisley and an MSc in Offshore Engineering, Oil & Gas at Robert Gordon's University.
