Michael Mitchell

Michael Mitchell has extensive experience in document control management, currently serving as the Document Controls Manager for the Mooring Solutions Business Unit at MODEC since January 2026. Prior to this role, Michael held various positions at SOFEC, Inc. from May 2018 to January 2026, including Document Controls Manager, Supervisor, and Work Advisor. Michael also worked as a DFO Coordinator for Noble Energy at GPS International, and as an On Site Data Management Specialist for Chevron Phillips Chemical Company. Earlier career experience includes significant roles at Worley and as a Contractor, where foundational skills were developed in document control. Michael's career began in 1997, following graduation from Mayde Creek High School in 1996.
