Philip Hime is an experienced Compliance and Ethics Manager at MODEC, with a strong background in the oil and gas industry. Previously, Philip served as a Legal Counsel at TechnipFMC and held various roles including Legal Intern at BG Group and Candido de Oliveira Advogados. Philip has also worked as an Associate at S-RM, focusing on corporate intelligence, crisis management, and cybersecurity. Philip earned an LL.M. in Corporate Law from Fundação Getúlio Vargas and holds a Bachelor's degree from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro.
