Raquel Cordeiro

Raquel Cordeiro has a diverse work experience spanning from 2005 to the present. Raquel began their career at Acting Solutions, where they worked for eight years as a Recruiter and Operation Coordinator, managing a team and overseeing various recruitment processes. Raquel also handled assessment processes and mapping for market analysis and hiring demands. After that, they joined NES Global Talent as a Recruiter, Business Development Manager, and Recruitment Manager. During their time there, they conducted critical recruitment processes and implemented the company's first Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) project in Brazil. Most recently, Raquel joined MODEC, Inc. as an HR Coordinator and then progressed to HR Project Lead. Raquel'sresponsibilities at MODEC included supporting the start-up of new operations, developing recruitment policies, and managing nationalization projects.

Raquel Cordeiro completed a post-graduate program from 2019 to 2021 at IPOG - Instituto de Pós-Graduação e Graduação. Raquel earned an MBA degree in Positive Psychology and Human Development. Earlier, they pursued an MBA in Business Management from Ibmec between 2009 and 2011. Raquel's undergraduate education was in Psychology from Universidade Santa Úrsula, spanning from 2000 to 2005.
