Roy Lira

Roy Lira, SHRM-CP, PROSCI-CP, currently serves as a Human Capital Management / I&D Advisor at MODEC since October 2018, where responsibilities include partnering with senior leaders to develop and implement a talent strategy that promotes employee development and innovation. As the Managing Principal at Lira Consulting Group since January 2018, Lira utilizes extensive expertise gained from previous roles at Universal Weather and Aviation, Inc., including Sr. Manager of Workforce Development, where oversight included a $3,000,000 human resources budget and a $1,000,000 learning and development budget. Lira's background also features management of global training and development initiatives and the implementation of new-hire training programs.
