Teck Chuan Loi is a seasoned piping professional with extensive experience in the offshore engineering sector. Currently serving as Piping Superintendent at MODEC, Inc. since October 2020, Teck Chuan manages project schedules and manpower for various new rig building initiatives. Previously, as Assistant Section Manager of Piping and Outfitting division at Tuas Integrated Yard from June 2010 to October 2020, responsibilities included overseeing piping and outfitting jobs for significant projects, such as the construction of semisubmersible rigs and conversions of FPSOs. Earlier in the career, Teck Chuan held roles as Project Engineer at Leng Meng Engineering & Construction Pte Ltd, where engineering drawings were developed, and works were supervised, and as Trainee Engineer at Pansar Company Sdn Bhd, focusing on marine diesel engine installations. Teck Chuan obtained a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia in 2009.
