MODEL is an Australian purpose-first build-to-rent group with a single-minded purpose; to cultivate places where there is no compromise between taking care of ourselves, each other, and the planet.

MODEL was created to flip the script on what it means to rent, and is shaped by three pillars – climate action, community building and design innovation.

At MODEL, we combine the magnetism of the world’s most revered cultural hubs, the heartbeat of a home with thoughtful design, and the urgency to decarbonise our planet through the framework of regenerative development.
