Ashlyn Lloyd

Ashlyn Lloyd currently serves as a Customer Success Manager at Model Match since June 2022, focusing on helping lenders recruit talent suited to their organizations. Previously, Ashlyn worked as a 6th Grade Social Studies Teacher at Lincoln County School District and as a Group Leader at Catawba County Schools, where responsibilities included monitoring children and assisting with homework activities. Experience also includes a role as Sales Floor Lead at francesca’s®, leading store organization and customer interactions. Ashlyn held leadership positions such as President of Pi Sigma Alpha and Vice President of the LRU Panhellenic Council, showcasing skills in policy enforcement and event planning. Additionally, Ashlyn coordinated transfer and family orientations, worked as a student intern at the U.S. National Archives, and led the LRU Homecoming Committee. Ashlyn earned a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government from Lenoir-Rhyne University in 2021.
