Tejas Panchal

Tejas Panchal is currently engaged in Product & Growth at Model ML, where they build digital teammates for finance. Prior to this role, they worked as a Consultant at McKinsey & Company from 2021 to 2025 and served as a Strategy Consultant at Pragma Consulting from 2018 to 2021. Tejas began their career with a summer internship at State Street in 2015 and later worked as a Consultant at Capco from 2017 to 2018. They hold a Master’s Degree in Development Studies from The London School of Economics and a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from the University of Cambridge.
