Deepta Raghunathan

Deepta Raghunathan currently serves as the Senior Director of Strategy and Corporate Development at Model N, a position held since January 2021. Prior experience includes a tenure as Director of Strategy and Transactions at EY-Parthenon, where leadership was provided on technology M&A deals, specifically overseeing a $600M SaaS divestiture and a $1B IoT integration. Earlier in the career, Deepta was a Senior Consultant/Manager, contributing to the establishment of the financial services strategy practice in Singapore and enhancing product strategies for major banks in Southeast Asia. Work at The Boston Consulting Group included managing work-streams and designing client solutions such as an analytics app for Sri Lanka's largest bank. Deepta's educational background includes a Post Graduate Diploma in Management from the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Anna University Chennai.
