Jaya Sinha is currently serving as the Manager - HR Business Partner at Model N since November 2023. Prior to this role, Jaya held the position of HR Business Partner at CDK Global from March 2022 to November 2023 and was a Human Resources Specialist at Deloitte Consulting from June 2010 to March 2022. At Deloitte, Jaya administered the pilot batch on the reinvention of the Performance Management Model, organized employee engagement events, introduced new employee orientation programs, and developed innovative retention strategies that achieved record success. Jaya also played a key role in creating the company’s Performance Management process and managed complex employee relations issues. Jaya holds a PGCHRM in Human Resources Management and Services from XLRI Jamshedpur, in addition to an M.Com in Accounts and an LLB in Law from Berhampur University.
