Robert Halliburton is an experienced professional in global customer support and project management, currently serving as the Associate Director of Global Customer Support at Model N since July 2016. Previously, Robert worked at IBM from 1999 to 2015, holding positions such as Executive Project Manager, where responsibilities included managing a $17M annual portfolio supporting around 20,000 global users, and leading national technical support for numerous business applications. Prior to IBM, Robert held the role of Division Manager at AT&T, improving application performance through the implementation of statistical process control techniques. Robert holds a BA in Mathematics from Austin College and a BS/SSM, MS in Systems Science and Mathematics from Washington University in St. Louis.
