Shiann Arnold

Shiann Arnold is an accomplished talent business partner and learning and development professional with extensive experience in global enablement strategies across various industries, including SaaS and life sciences. Currently serving as Associate Director, Talent Business Partner and Associate Director, Learning and Development at Model N since August 2021, Shiann has successfully shaped learning infrastructures impacting over 1,200 team members globally. Previously, Shiann held roles as Learning & Development Manager at the American Red Cross, where a virtual training program was developed for a vast network of stakeholders, and as Training Support Specialist at Cape Fox Federal Integrators, focusing on Army Reserve Family Programs. Shiann's earlier experience includes leading training initiatives at CHOCTAW CONTRACTING SERVICES and serving as Unit Service Coordinator at Serco. Shiann holds a Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership from Campbellsville University and a Bachelor of Science in Spanish Language Teacher Education from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse.
