Rita Sun is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the Head of HR at Modelbest since July 2023. Prior to this role, Rita held the position of Director of Talent Acquisition at Alibaba Group from December 2019 to June 2023. Rita's earlier experience includes serving as the Manager of Talent Acquisition for Asia Pacific and Japan at Pivotal Software, Inc. from January 2017 to December 2019, where various key roles were filled, including positions for platform architects and software engineers. Rita also held significant positions at EMC from 2013 to 2017, starting as the Recruiting Lead for North China before advancing to the Head of Talent Acquisition for Greater China. Rita Sun obtained a Master's degree in management from Peking University and a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science from Nankai University, complemented by an exchange program at NYU Stern School of Business.
