Michael Botros

Michael Botros is an experienced Director at Strategy&, specializing in delivering strategic, operational, and financial deal value to clients throughout the deal lifecycle since September 2022. With a strong background in operational, financial, and compliance domains, Michael has led various engagements including merger integrations, project management, and operational evaluations. As an investor in Modeliks, a SaaS tool for SMEs, Michael contributes to business planning and financial modeling. Previously, Michael held senior roles at PwC Middle East and EY, where expertise in operational transactions services and risk management was developed. Additionally, entrepreneurial experience includes successfully establishing franchises with Hairhouse Warehouse and CaltexAU, demonstrating skills in business setup, management, and sales growth. Michael holds a Bachelor's Degree in Laws and a Bachelor's Degree in Commerce from Deakin University, as well as graduate diplomas in Legal Practice and Legal Studies.
