Ralf Onken

Ralf Onken is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership and technology within various industries, particularly aquaculture and biotechnology. As the Co-Founder and Director of ModelMole since March 2025, Onken has been instrumental in developing impactful strategies for businesses. Onken serves as an Executive Board Member for Norifish AS and Norimun AS, focusing on fish vaccine development. Previous roles include Director at FAI Farms, where Onken integrated data analytics into business operations, and Co-Founder and Chairman at Videntis AS, which created innovative tools for farmers, funded by Innovation Norway. Onken's background also includes a significant tenure as Head of Software Development at Benchmark Holdings plc and advisory positions in technology-driven companies like nLink construction robotics and CURRENT, a charge point management system. Education includes degrees in physiotherapy from the University of Münster and the Prof.Dr.med. Paul Vogler Institute, complemented by studies at Gjøvik University College.
