Charles Xavier

Charles Xavier is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations and human resources. Currently serving as a Senior Executive at Modelon since April 2023, Charles has previously held key roles including Executive at the Confederation of Indian Industry from December 2018 to May 2022 and Senior Human Resource Manager at Human Resource Consultants for a brief period in 2018. Charles's career beginnings include management experience at St. Joseph's Institute of Management in Trichy, as well as an HR internship at Schneider Electric. Charles holds an MBA in Human Resource/Systems from St. Joseph's Institute of Management, obtained between 2016 and 2018, and completed HSC/SSLS in Computer Science at Little Flower School, Gorakhpur, from 2007 to 2011.
