Monse Dekker

Monse Dekker is a general manager at Models at Work, where they oversee various production and booking operations. Previously, Monse held positions as a boeker/producer at the same company, and as a junior conference assistant at CBE Group BV, where they organized an international education conference. Monse also gained experience as a production intern at New Skool Rules, the largest urban music conference globally, and worked in various roles in the film and hospitality industries. Monse earned a bachelor's degree in Leisure & Event Management from the Willem de Kooning Academy in Rotterdam and previously obtained a bachelor's degree in Social Science from the Universiteit van Amsterdam.
