Rex A. Steiner, II is an experienced Learning and Development professional with a career spanning over two decades in training and instructional roles within the mortgage servicing and customer service industries. Currently serving as L&D Manager at Moder since February 2022, Rex has demonstrated expertise in managing remote training programs, developing training materials, and facilitating compliance through various training platforms. Previous roles include Corporate Trainer at ServiceMac, LLC, and Project Trainer at Aspira, where Rex successfully led multiple New Hire classes and collaborated with various stakeholders to address training needs and service issues.
