Priit Koppel

Priit Koppel has over 25 years of work experience in various roles and industries. Priit is currently the Head of IT Supply Tallinn & Baltics at Ericsson since May 2021. Prior to that, they co-founded and invested in Moderan Solutions in 2016, where they built a SaaS platform for SME property managers and investors. From 2012 to 2021, Priit worked at Playtech, where they served as the Infrastructure Core Manager, overseeing operations of the private cloud and production systems. Priit also held the role of Infrastructure Team Leader, leading a team of specialists across multiple locations. Before that, Priit worked as a Consultant and member of the board at Crescom Süsteemihaldus LCC from 2000 to 2009. Priit also served as the IT Manager at Hotel Viru Ltd from 1997 to 2000 and as a Sales Manager at Data Telecom AS in 1996.

Priit Koppel completed their education at the University of Tartu from 2007 to 2009, where they obtained a Master's degree in Entrepreneurship and Technology Management. Prior to that, from 1999 to 2005, they attended the Estonian Business School, studying Entrepreneurship and Business Administration. In addition to their formal education, Priit Koppel has obtained several certifications, including DASA DevOps Product Owner from APMG International in November 2019, DevOps Fundamentals from the DevOps Agile Skills Association in April 2017, Lean IT Foundation in June 2014, and ITIL Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management from EXIN in 2013. Priit also holds the Leading Digital Transformation Workshop Badge 2021 from Ericsson. Priit Koppel has expressed an interest in Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) certification, Cisco Certified Network Associate, and Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE), but it is not specified whether they have obtained these certifications.
