Traci Simons

Traci Simons currently serves as the Director of Account Management at Modern Campus, where, in 2023, the team exceeded iARR targets with a notable 178% achievement for one product and 121% for another, focusing on B2B and C efforts in expansion, upsell, cross-sell, and retention. Prior to this role, Traci held several positions at Pearson from August 2011 to July 2022, including Director of Customer Success Strategy & Operations, where skills in team motivation and time management were emphasized, and Efficacy Manager, responsible for data analysis related to student success. As a District Manager, Traci drove $18M in sales and led a team of sales representatives targeting colleges and universities.
