Ben Adelman

Ben Adelman has over 20 years of professional experience in a variety of roles. Ben began their career in 2000 as a Layout and Design employee at Rausch Granite, where they created computer-generated layouts for the sale and production of granite memorials. Ben was also responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of the company's IT fixed assets. In 2006, they joined 3M as a Quality Assurance Tech, where they inspected and tested products to ensure they met NIOSH, foreign regulatory and 3M standards. Ben also performed daily control tests, troubleshooting and identifying and correcting issues. In 2016, they joined Ceradyne, Inc., a 3M company, as an R&D employee, where they tested properties of glass in solid, frit and powder forms. Ben also preformed all steps in the production of small batch, high temperature glass. In 2019, they joined Collins Aerospace as a Quality employee and TRIWOOD REALTY as a Real Estate Broker. In 2020, they joined Outdoor Research as a Quality Assurance Manager, Quality Control Manager and Quality Assurance Lead. Ben is currently employed at Modern Electron as a Quality, Facilities and Safety Lead.

Ben Adelman received a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Business Administration and Management, General from Northern State University in 2009. Ben also attended Northern State University from 1995 to 1998. Additionally, they hold certifications in CPR/First Aid, Confined Space Rescue, and Hazmat.
