Mechanical Design Engineer at Modern Electron

Patrick Noble has worked in the engineering field since 2006. Patrick began their career with two Early Identification Internship Programs at GE Power & Water in 2006 and 2007. In 2008, they joined GE Power & Water as a Lead Design Engineer - Compressor Airfoils, and then as a Design Engineer - Gas Turbine Airfoils (Conceptual Design). In 2012, they co-founded Ellafree Engineering. From 2017 to 2019, they were a Propulsion Staff Engineer at Zunum Aero, where they led a cross-functional team through system architecture design and feasibility studies of a hybrid electric propulsion fan system. Most recently, they have been a Mechanical Design Engineer at Modern Electron since 2019.

Patrick Noble received their Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Notre Dame in 2008 and their Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology in 2011.
