Qaiser Haroon

Qaiser Haroon is an experienced Treasury Manager with a robust background in finance and treasury operations. Currently serving as Treasury Manager at Modern Electronics - MEC (AL-Faisaliah Group) since September 2025, Qaiser has previously held the same position at Apparel Group and ABV Rock Group, where responsibilities included cash management and financing. Qaiser's career began at Descon Engineering Limited as Incharge Treasury, and further experience includes roles as Senior Treasury Executive at Azgard9 Ltd and Deputy Manager Finance. Qaiser is currently a CMA finalist at the Institute of Cost and Management Accountants of Pakistan, having achieved a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Accounting from the University of the Punjab.
