Charles Steele is an account executive at Modern Postcard. Charles has over ten years of experience in the mortgage industry, originate mortgages for home purchases, refinance, and new home construction. Steele is familiar with various loan products from A-Paper to Hard Money.

In their previous role as a mortgage banker at Home Lending Place, Steele was directly responsible for developing a partnership with Directors Financial Corp providing an outlet for both FHA and VA loans. Charles was also responsible for review various lenders’ rate sheets in order to broker the best possible deal for the borrower and achieved a 90% loan close ratio.

Steele has a proven track record of success in the mortgage industry and is known for their ability to customize loan programs tailored to meet the financial needs of individual clients. Charles is an expert in credit reports, income statements, and underwriting of income versus debt and combined asset worth.

Steele is a highly effective communicator and has a knack for maintaining constant communication throughout the entire loan process amongst borrower, appraiser, lender, title company, and realtor which has resulted in a timely closing of loans.

Charles Steele attended Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania where they earned a degree in Education.

Charles Steele reports to Steve Hoffman, Founder. They are on a team with Christopher Reid - Account Manager, Brian Cortez - Senior Account Executive, and Debbie Barnes - Account Manager.
