Colin Lee is currently the Group Corporate Finance Director at Modern Space, a role they have held since 2023. Previously, they served as Director of Corporate Finance at Ballas Capital Limited from 2020 to 2023, and as Vice President of Corporate Finance at Ballas Capital Limited, Bank of Shanghai, and Crosby Securities Limited from 2013 to 2018. Colin also worked in private equity at VMS Investment Group for a year in 2018-2019 and began their career as a Senior Associate (Audit) at PricewaterhouseCoopers from 2010 to 2013. Colin holds a Master's in Corporate and Financial Law from The University of Hong Kong and a BSc in Accounting and Finance from The London School of Economics and Political Science.
