Modern Split is the client experience platform for modern family law firms.

We believe family law deserves a higher standard of client experience - one that reflects the complexity, sensitivity, and trust required when guiding clients through some of the most significant transitions of their lives.

At the highest levels of family law, legal expertise is expected.

The differentiator is the experience.

How clients are guided.
How communication is managed.
How trust is built.
How consistently the firm delivers under pressure.

Through strategic advisory, professional education, technology, and community, Modern Split helps forward-thinking family law firms transform client experience from an informal intention into a structured, measurable business advantage.

Our work is anchored by bespoke consulting using a proprietary diagnostic that evaluates the client experience through real-world conditions.

Not how it is intended.

Not how it is described internally.

How clients actually experience it.

We identify opportunities across communication, process, workflows, and client management, translating insights into a strategic roadmap for creating greater consistency, clarity, and trust.

Beyond advisory work, Modern Split is building the future of family law education and connection.

The Modern Split Minute™ app provides practical CX insights, tools, and strategies designed to help legal professionals improve one interaction at a time.

The Consortium™ brings together forward-thinking family law professionals committed to raising the standard of client experience across the profession.

Modern Split works with firms and professionals who understand that client experience is not a soft skill - it is a strategic advantage that influences reputation, referrals, retention, and long-term growth.

The standard is changing. Be part of the movement.
