Benjamin Faller

Benjamin Faller is a seasoned attorney and partner at Trzaska Rosen Faller LLC since March 2020, where Benjamin also serves as a co-founder of Modern Title from July 2020. Previously, Benjamin held the position of Clinical Lecturer at Case Western Reserve University School of Law from August 2011 to June 2020, focusing on community development within the Milton A. Kramer Law Clinic Center. Additional experience includes roles as Executive Director at Home Repair Resource Center, Chief Housing Specialist, Staff Attorney, and Judicial Clerk at Cleveland Housing Court, and Law Clerk at The Legal Aid Society of Cleveland. Benjamin Faller earned a Juris Doctor from Case Western Reserve University School of Law in 2009 and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from College of Saint Benedict and Saint John’s University in 2003.
