John McFadden

John McFadden is a strategic business and technology leader with over 15 years of experience in driving digital transformation, intelligent automation, and operational excellence across the life sciences sector. They currently serve as the Senior Principal TPM of Robotics and Automation at Moderna, having previously held roles at Brooks Automation and Mack Molding Company, where they demonstrated expertise in program management and quality engineering. McFadden holds an MBA from Boston University and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Vermont. Additionally, they have contributed to public service as a Selectman for the Town of Bennington, managing a budget of $15 million.
