Leslie Fields

Leslie Fields is currently the Associate Director of Patient Advocacy at Moderna, where they develop patient engagement strategies in the oncology and rare disease sectors. Previously, they held various roles at Novartis Pharmaceuticals, culminating in their position as Director, during which they led U.S. patient engagement strategies for hematology and rare disease. With nearly two decades of experience collaborating with advocacy organizations, Leslie has focused on ensuring that patient insights shape clinical trials and health equity programs. Leslie earned a Bachelor's Degree in Medical Technology from Clark Atlanta University and is pursuing an MPA with a healthcare concentration at Rutgers University.
