Michael Maloney

Michael Maloney, MBA, PMP, L6σBB, currently serves as Director of Sales & Operations Planning at Moderna, a position held since February 2022, following roles as Associate Director and Sr. Manager in the same department. Since January 2024, Michael has also been a Certified IRONMAN Coach with Rocket Rabbits Triathlon. Prior experience includes managerial positions at Regeneron Pharmaceuticals, where responsibilities included Integrated Business Planning and Supply Chain Global Network management from February 2018 to February 2022. Earlier roles at Beech-Nut Nutrition Company and PepsiCo involved strategic projects, continuous improvement, and supply chain operations. Michael began a career at FedEx Ground as Operations Team Lead. Education includes a Master of Business Administration focused on Corporate Innovation from Penn State Smeal MBA Program and a Bachelor's degree in Marketing and Public Relations from The College of Saint Rose.
