Ploy Kurdmongkoltham, D.P.M, has extensive experience in plant pathology and microbiology, having served as a Graduate Research Assistant at the University of Florida from August 2015 to June 2019 and as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at Jacksonville State University during 2012-2013. Ploy held the position of Plant Pathologist and Microbiologist at Arborjet from June 2019 to October 2021, leading research on microbial discovery and assessing the fungicidal and insecticidal activities of new actives while collaborating on field testing. Following this role, Ploy worked at Resilience as a Contamination Control Scientist I and II from October 2021 to June 2022, and is currently a Senior Specialist in Sterility Assurance at Moderna since June 2023. Academic qualifications include a Doctor of Plant Medicine from the University of Florida, as well as a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science in Botany/Plant Biology and Molecular Biology, respectively, from Jacksonville State University.
