Corey Ferguson, CEM, currently serves as Technical Sales Manager at ModernControls Inc. since February 2021, after previously holding the position of Technical Sales Specialist. Prior to this, Corey worked at Key2Act as an Optimization Engineer, focusing on integrating Building Automation System data into analytics and improving HVAC data evaluation processes. Corey also held the role of Energy Analytics Engineer at The Tri-M Group, LLC, and spent nearly nine years at Seiberlich Trane Energy Services as an Energy Services Project Developer and Project Coordinator, managing diverse building development projects. Earlier experience includes a role in warehouse and grounds maintenance at Seiberlich Trane Energy Services and a clerk position at Acme Markets. Corey holds a Bachelor of Arts in Biology/Biological Sciences from the University of Delaware, completed in 2012.
