Aman Gupta

Aman Gupta is the Head of Finance at Moderne since September 2024, having previously held the position of Head of Strategic Finance and FP&A at Replit from April 2022 to September 2024, where responsibilities included evaluating strategic initiatives and managing investor relations. Prior experience at J.P. Morgan from September 2013 to March 2021 encompassed roles as Investment Banking Associate, Analyst, and Junior Analyst within the TMT Investment Banking Group, advising on transactions and corporate finance matters, and performing valuation analyses. Early career experiences include an Equity Research Intern role at SBI Capital Markets and a Technical Intern role at The Shipping Corporation of India Ltd. Aman Gupta holds an MBA in Entrepreneurship from Ivey Business School at Western University and completed a summer program in Business Analysis and Valuation at The London School of Economics and Political Science.
