Jodi Toensing is an experienced Human Resources professional with a significant tenure at MODERNISTIC since April 1985, currently serving as Human Resources Director. In this role, Jodi oversees key areas such as associate relations, compensation and benefits, recruiting and retention, and policy development and administration, while also managing environmental, safety and health initiatives, maintenance and facility management, business insurance, and budgeting.
