Jodi Toensing

Jodi Toensing is an experienced Human Resources professional with a significant tenure at MODERNISTIC since April 1985, currently serving as Human Resources Director. In this role, Jodi oversees key areas such as associate relations, compensation and benefits, recruiting and retention, and policy development and administration, while also managing environmental, safety and health initiatives, maintenance and facility management, business insurance, and budgeting. Prior to this position, Jodi worked as a Human Resources Administrator at Berg-Torseth, Inc. and held the role of Payroll Coordinator. Educational qualifications include a Mini M.B.A. from The Management Center at the University of St. Thomas and a degree from Century College, alongside a high school diploma from Mahtomedi High School, completed in 1984.
