Director, Business Operations at Modernize

Meredith Goodrich has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Meredith began their career at CTSI-Global in 2011, where they served as an On-Site Account Manager for NXP Semiconductor and later for Freescale Semiconductor. In these positions, they were the central point of contact for top-tier clients, responsible for day-to-day interaction and initiating business solutions and process improvements through report preparation, data analysis, and research.

In 2018, Meredith joined Modernize. Meredith started as a Customer Operations Analyst and quickly progressed to become a Manager, Client Operations. Later, they took on the role of Senior Manager, Client Operations, and most recently, they were appointed as the Director of Business Operations. Their time at Modernize has showcased their versatility and ability to excel in various positions within the company.

Meredith Goodrich completed their undergraduate education from 2006 to 2010 at the University of Kentucky, where they earned their bachelor's degree in Economics.
