JD Harper has worked in a variety of roles since 2004. JD began their career as a Staff Leader for Boys and Girls Clubs of America in 2004 and then moved to LA Fitness as a Fitness Sales Associate in 2007. In 2013, they became a Store Manager for One Stop Nutrition. In 2018, they joined CampusLogic as a Customer Success Manager, where they lead implementation of cloud-based software solutions for the higher education industry, managed customer relationships, and facilitated client user acceptance testing. In 2020, they moved to Axon as a Customer Success Manager, and in 2022 they joined ModernLoop in the same role.
JD Harper's education history includes an Associate of Arts (A.A.) degree in General Studies from Scottsdale Community College, which they obtained between 2009 and 2012. JD also attended Arizona State University between 2012 and 2014, studying Economics. Additionally, they hold two professional certifications: an Advanced Customer Success Manager Certified Professional from Gainsight, obtained in February 2022, and a Certified Customer Success Manager (CCSM) Level 1 from SuccessHACKER, obtained in December 2018.
